End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DEV-HMI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding the use of our mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on any device that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security
• Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities
• Use the App in ways that violate Apple's policies

3. Screen Time API / Family Controls Usage (If Applicable)

If enabled, the App may request permission to use Apple's Screen Time API / Family Controls to:

• Monitor app usage duration
• Apply usage limits or focus-enhancing rules
• Provide insights to help users reduce digital distractions

All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, source code, graphics, and content, remain the exclusive property of DEV-HMI.

This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the User.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, enhancements, or bug fixes. These updates may:

• Change or improve functionality
• Be required to continue using the App
• Be automatically installed depending on device settings

6. Privacy

Use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at: https://dev-hmi.com

By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the App will be:

• Error-free
• Uninterrupted
• Fully compatible with all devices

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEV-HMI is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Device malfunction
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Inability to use the App

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App and uninstall it.

9. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement if:

• You violate the terms
• You misuse the App
• We discontinue the App

Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

10. Third-Party Terms (Apple)

You acknowledge that:

• Apple is not responsible for providing support for the App
• Apple is not liable for any claims arising from your use of the App
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
